The Roland TD-07DMK is an entry-level V-Drums electronic drum kit that delivers authentic playing feel and professional Roland sound in a compact, apartment-friendly package. Built around the TD-07 sound module, it offers 143 instruments across acoustic, electronic, and percussion categories, with 50 drum kits ready to play and deep sound-shaping tools including V-Edit, EQ, ambience, and multi-effects.
The kit features double-ply mesh heads on every drum pad, providing a natural rebound and stick feel while keeping noise levels remarkably low. The PDX-8 snare pad offers independent head and rim zones for realistic playing techniques, and precision sensors throughout the kit accurately capture ghost notes, rolls, flams, and rimshots. The dual cymbal pads support choke articulations, and the hi-hat delivers smooth open-to-closed response via a dedicated foot controller.
Bluetooth connectivity lets you stream music wirelessly from a phone or tablet to play along with your favorite tracks, and also enables wireless MIDI for use with music apps. A USB port provides direct audio and MIDI recording to your computer, making the TD-07DMK a capable home recording interface. Built-in coaching tools and an advanced metronome help developing players build solid technique, and the kit is compatible with Melodics interactive lessons. A sturdy four-post metal rack keeps everything stable and positioned correctly, all within a footprint designed to fit comfortably in smaller spaces.
