The Roland SPD::ONE WAV PAD is a compact digital percussion pad that lets you perform with your own custom WAV samples in any live or studio setting. Simply connect to a computer via USB, drag and drop your audio files onto the 4GB internal drive, and you're ready to play. Strike the pad with sticks, hands, or feet to trigger up to three layered sounds simultaneously, with velocity-sensitive response that lets you control dynamics naturally. A standout feature is the ability to route backing tracks through the main output while sending a click track exclusively to the headphones, keeping your band in sync without the audience hearing the metronome. Four intuitive knobs give you quick control over sound selection, volume, and mix — no complex menus to navigate. The SPD::ONE WAV PAD also doubles as a USB-MIDI controller for triggering sounds in your DAW. Powered by four AA batteries or an AC adapter, it mounts easily on a stand or sits on any flat surface, making it an ideal addition to any performer's setup regardless of instrument or genre.
