The Sadowsky MetroExpress 21-Fret Vintage J/J Bass delivers the legendary Sadowsky tone and playability in a more accessible package. Built with a lightweight okoume body, roasted maple neck, and morado fingerboard, this 4-string bass offers a classic Jazz Bass voice refined by Sadowsky's renowned expertise. The dual passive hum-cancelling J-style pickups, with the bridge pickup in the iconic '60s position, feed into Sadowsky's active 2-way preamp with a convenient push/pull bypass for pure passive tone. The 34" scale length, 21 nickel silver frets, and comfortable 12" fingerboard radius make this instrument equally at home on stage and in the studio, delivering the punchy, articulate sound that has made Sadowsky a go-to name among professional bassists for decades.
