The Sadowsky MetroExpress 21-Fret Vintage J/J Bass brings Roger Sadowsky's legendary voice and playability to a more accessible platform without sacrificing the essentials. Built with a lightweight okoume body and a roasted maple neck and fingerboard, this 4-string delivers the classic J-Bass experience with modern refinements, including a pair of Sadowsky passive hum-cancelling J-style pickups routed through an active Sadowsky 2-way preamp with a push/pull bypass for seamless switching between active and passive tones. The 34" scale length and comfortable 21-fret neck provide a familiar feel, while thoughtful details like the Sadowsky Just-A-Nut III, light open-gear tuners, and quick-release bridge reflect the meticulous design philosophy that has made Sadowsky a go-to name among professional bassists for decades.
