Sadowsky MetroExpress 5-String P/J Bass - Maple Metallic Ice Blue
The Sadowsky MetroExpress 21-Fret Hybrid P/J 5-String Bass delivers the renowned Sadowsky tone and playability in an accessible package, combining a lightweight okoume body with a fast roasted maple neck and fingerboard for a punchy, articulate sound with enhanced stability. The Hybrid P/J pickup configuration pairs a passive P-style neck pickup with a hum-cancelling J-style bridge pickup in the 60s position, offering tremendous versatility from warm, thumping P-Bass growl to bright, focused J-Bass bite and everything in between. Sadowsky's active 2-way preamp with bass and treble boost provides studio-ready tone shaping on the fly, while a push-pull bypass on the bass knob lets you go fully passive when the moment calls for it. With a comfortable 34" scale, 12" fingerboard radius, and chrome hardware including Sadowsky's quick-release bridge and light open-gear tuners, this instrument is built to perform on stage and in the studio alike.
