The Sadowsky MetroExpress 21-Fret Hybrid P/J Bass is a left-handed 5-string instrument that pairs the warm, punchy tone of a P-style neck pickup with a hum-cancelling J-style bridge pickup in the 60s position, giving players a wide range of classic and modern bass tones from a single instrument. Built with a lightweight okoume body and a fast, comfortable roasted maple neck topped with a morado fingerboard, this bass is designed to deliver professional-grade sound and playability at a working musician's price point. The onboard Sadowsky 2-way active preamp with push/pull bypass lets you seamlessly switch between active and passive modes, while thoughtful details like the quick-access battery compartment, security strap locks, and lightweight open-gear tuners make it a reliable and road-ready workhorse.
