The Sadowsky MetroExpress 21-Fret Hybrid PJ Bass delivers the renowned Sadowsky tone and playability in a more accessible package. Built with a lightweight okoume body and a fast roasted maple neck and fingerboard, this 4-string bass pairs a Sadowsky Passive P pickup at the neck with a Passive Single Coil J pickup at the bridge, offering a wide range of classic and modern tones suited for any genre. The onboard Sadowsky Classic 2-Band boost-only preamp lets you dial in extra bass and treble when you need it while preserving a pure passive signal path at unity. Thoughtful details like the 21 nickel silver frets with Sadowsky's Invisible Fretwork Technology, a 12-inch fingerboard radius, and the quick-release bridge make this an exceptionally playable and gig-ready instrument that punches well above its price point.
