The Sadowsky MetroLine 24-Fret Vintage J/J Bass delivers the legendary Sadowsky tone in a meticulously crafted German-made instrument. Built around a resonant American swamp ash body and a fast maple neck with maple fingerboard, this 5-string offers exceptional playability across all 24 frets with its comfortable 12-inch fingerboard radius. The dual Sadowsky J-style hum-canceling pickups produce a classic voice with thunderous low end, articulate mids, and sweet, airy highs — never harsh, never muddy. The onboard 2-way active preamp paired with Sadowsky's Vintage Tone Control lets you dial in everything from warm, old-school passive jazz bass tones to modern, scooped sounds, with a convenient push-pull pot to bypass the preamp entirely. Finished in a stunning Dark Lake Placid Blue Metallic high polish, this bass is as striking on stage as it sounds through the amp.
