The Sadowsky MetroLine 21-Fret Vintage P/J Bass delivers the legendary Sadowsky tone and playability in a German-made instrument built for the working musician. Featuring a chambered American Swamp Ash body in a sleek, undersized J-style shape, this bass is lightweight and resonant, with a bolt-on maple neck and maple fingerboard that provide a snappy, articulate response. The P/J pickup configuration pairs a passive Sadowsky P-style neck pickup with a hum-cancelling J-style bridge pickup in the 60s position, offering exceptional versatility from warm, thumpy Precision tones to punchy, focused Jazz sounds. Sadowsky's acclaimed active 2-band preamp with Vintage Tone Control and push/pull bypass lets you seamlessly shift between active boost and pure passive tone, giving you studio-ready sound in any setting.
