The Sadowsky MetroLine 21-Fret Vintage J/J Bass delivers the legendary Sadowsky tone and craftsmanship in a sleek, undersized J-style design. Built in Germany with a chambered Red Alder body and a bolt-on maple neck featuring a comfortable C-shape profile and Morado (Pau Ferro) fingerboard, this 4-string bass offers a resonant, lightweight platform with a classic 34" scale length. At its core are two passive hum-cancelling Sadowsky J-style pickups paired with an active Sadowsky 2-way preamp offering bass and treble boost along with a Vintage Tone Control, giving players the flexibility to dial in everything from warm, old-school thump to modern punch and clarity. Every detail reflects Sadowsky's meticulous standards, from the nickel silver frets and 12" fingerboard radius to the proprietary bridge with quick string release and security-locking machine heads — a professional-grade instrument built for the stage and studio alike.
