The Sadowsky MetroLine 21-Fret Hybrid P/J Bass delivers the legendary Sadowsky tone and craftsmanship in a German-made instrument built for the working musician. Featuring a chambered American Swamp Ash body in a striking Dark Lake Placid Blue Metallic finish, this 5-string bass pairs a passive Sadowsky P-style neck pickup with a hum-cancelling J-style bridge pickup in the 60s position, offering exceptional tonal versatility from thick, punchy P-Bass growl to crisp, articulate J-Bass bite. The active Sadowsky preamp provides musical bass and treble boost with a Vintage Tone Control and push/pull bypass, letting you switch seamlessly between active and passive modes. The maple neck and fingerboard with a comfortable C-profile deliver snappy, bright articulation, while the 34-inch scale length and 21 nickel silver frets provide a familiar, highly playable feel across all five strings.
