Built with a lightweight Okoume body and a fast roasted maple neck with a Morado fingerboard, this 4-string bass pairs dual hum-cancelling J-style pickups with Sadowsky's acclaimed active 2-band preamp, which features a convenient bypass function for pure passive tone. The 34" scale length and vintage-inspired 60s bridge pickup positioning give it that classic Jazz Bass character, while modern appointments like the quick-release bridge and Just-A-Nut III ensure reliable performance and easy setup. Available in a range of high-polish finishes, the MetroExpress brings Sadowsky's meticulous design philosophy to players ready to step up to a professional-grade instrument.
