The Sadowsky MetroExpress 21-Fret Hybrid P/J Bass delivers the legendary Sadowsky tone and playability in a more accessible package. Built with a lightweight okoume body and a fast roasted maple neck topped with a morado fingerboard, this instrument offers a naturally warm, resonant foundation with excellent note clarity. The hybrid P/J pickup configuration pairs a Sadowsky passive P-style neck pickup with a hum-cancelling J-style bridge pickup in the 60s position, providing a wide palette of classic bass tones from thick and punchy to bright and articulate. Sadowsky's active 2-band EQ with a push/pull preamp bypass on the bass knob gives players the flexibility to shape their sound on the fly or go fully passive when the moment calls for it.
