The Sadowsky MetroExpress 21-Fret Hybrid PJ Bass delivers the iconic Sadowsky tone and playability in a more accessible package, featuring a lightweight okoume body paired with a roasted maple neck and fingerboard for enhanced stability and a snappy, articulate response. The Hybrid PJ pickup configuration — a Sadowsky Passive P in the neck and a Passive Single Coil J in the bridge — offers exceptional versatility, from deep, punchy P-Bass growl to bright, focused J-Bass clarity, all shaped by Sadowsky's Classic 2-Band boost-only preamp with volume, blend, bass, and treble controls. Refined details like the Just-a-Nut III, 21 nickel silver frets with Invisible Fretwork Technology, and a quick-release bridge round out an instrument built to perform on stage and in the studio with the quality and craftsmanship Sadowsky is known for.
