That tight pairing is what convincing stereo imaging depends on, and it makes the sE7 pair a serious option for drum overheads, choir, acoustic guitar, piano, and any source where two-channel localization matters. Each mic features a transformerless circuit with a very short signal path for clean, transparent reproduction, a switchable 80 Hz low-cut filter to tame proximity buildup and rumble, and a switchable -20 dB pad that extends maximum SPL to 156 dB for close-miking loud sources like brass and snare. All-metal chassis construction with a gold-plated XLR connector keeps the signal reliable and the build road-tough, and each pair ships with mic clips, thread adapters, and windscreens.
