The Bowman is Auden's reading of the classic orchestra model, fine-tuned with tapered sides that give it far more front-end presence than the body size suggests. Neo is the most accessible tier of the range, here pairing a cedar top with African mahogany back and sides — a combination that responds quickly and leans warm and woody rather than glassy. The Supernatural Power PreAmp analogue system provides a natural amplified voice without an aftermarket pickup. Its comfortable playing position has long made the Bowman a favourite among electric players moving across to acoustic, with enough definition to hold its own in a band. Auden work through a network of luthiers across the UK, America and China, pairing timbers sourced worldwide with Swiss-made electronics — an international, bench-grade approach that puts genuinely hand-built guitars within reach.
