Suzuki MAL-3-U Bass Xylophone and Metallophone Mallets
SKU: MAL-3-UThe Suzuki MAL-3-U is a pair of mallets sized and weighted specifically for use on Bass Xylophones and Bass Metallophones in classroom Orff Schulwerk programs. The heavier head and slightly longer shaft compared to soprano and alto mallets help draw the fuller, warmer tone the larger bass bars are capable of producing. The hardwood shafts and felt-wound heads are durable enough for daily classroom use and produce a balanced, articulate strike that does not dampen the natural resonance of the instrument.
