The Eastman DT30GACE is a cutaway dreadnought that leverages Eastman's innovative double-top construction — two thin layers of solid Sitka spruce separated by a Nomex honeycomb core — to deliver a remarkably responsive, full-voiced sound with projection that belies its effortless playability. Paired with solid rosewood back and sides and hand-carved scalloped X bracing, this guitar produces rich, complex tone with deep lows and sparkling highs. The mahogany neck features a comfortable traditional C profile and a silky ebony fingerboard, while the onboard LR Baggs Anthem pickup system faithfully translates the DT30GACE's acoustic character to any stage or studio environment. Finished in a classic gloss with herringbone binding, pearl inlays, and Gotoh tuners, it's a stage-ready instrument built with the kind of all-solid-wood craftsmanship typically found at a much higher price point.
