Boss WAZA Analog Delay Pedal
The BOSS DM-2W Waza Craft Delay is a premium reissue of the legendary DM-2 analog delay pedal, originally discontinued in 1984. Built in Japan with 100-percent analog circuitry, the DM-2W uses a classic BBD (bucket brigade device) delay line to deliver the warm, organic repeats that made the original a favorite among guitarists for decades.
The DM-2W features two selectable sound modes via a toggle switch. Standard mode faithfully recreates the authentic vintage DM-2 tone with a 20–300ms delay range, while Custom mode opens up a cleaner, more expansive analog delay sound with an extended range of 40–800ms. Three intuitive knobs for Repeat Rate, Intensity, and Echo level provide hands-on control over your delay sound.
An expression pedal input allows real-time foot control of delay time for creative swells and pitch-shifting effects during performance. Dual output jacks let you route the delay and direct signals separately, opening up flexible routing options for stereo rigs or wet/dry setups. Part of the BOSS Waza Craft series, the DM-2W represents the pinnacle of analog delay tone refined with modern versatility.
