SKU: AMS-NPIANO6-88The Nord Piano 6 88 is the latest generation of Nord's stage piano, built on a premium 88-note Triple Sensor keybed with grand weighted action and a redesigned panel where dedicated LED faders put each layer's level in plain sight. It runs two independent Piano layers alongside two independent Sample Synth layers, each with its own effects section, so splits and stacked sounds can be built and balanced without menu diving. The piano side draws on Nord's Piano Library of grands, uprights, electrics and clavinets, adding Dynamic Compression and a Unison function for weight, along with Advanced String Resonance and Dynamic Pedal Noise that let sustained chords bloom the way an acoustic instrument does. The Sample Synth covers strings, brass, winds, basses, guitars and analog leads, including material from the Spitfire, Symphobia and Swing libraries, with Tru-Vibrato and round-robin repetition for natural phrasing. Its effects section is the most expanded the series has carried, introducing a new Spring reverb, a Spin modulation effect, a dedicated compressor and a delay with filter, flam and ping-pong options, while the whole instrument stays light enough to carry to a gig without a road crew.
