Haynes Amadeus AF680-BO is a step-up flute built on the same manufacturing system as the Haynes Q Series, with the Amadeus headjoint developed from the company's Custom N Cut by master headjoint maker Aiven O'Leary. The body is silver plated and drawn from .016" tubing on the Haynes A-442 scale, and the open-hole mechanism uses French pointed key arms and stainless steel springs for a light, precise action. This one is specified with a B footjoint, which extends the range down to low B, and offset G keys. A Classic headjoint, split E mechanism, C# trill key and high E facilitator are all available as options on this model. Hand-finished in Acton, Massachusetts.
